Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Nice - I love rust as a subject...

What's with the diagonal lines??? Was that a venetian blind or something??? Probably better without???

Also - what were the settings for the 2 shots??? The colouring is very different...
Cheers, John

I like the 2nd image, maybe trying increasing the contrast and sharpen more?

The second image colouring looks more inline with the concept and works very well

gobos are filters for lights which have shapes cut out of them to give interesting lighting.
I stayed at Lave Cove when i was up in sydney last year, it has one of the worst cars parks i ever came across it was the coles ones.
