Georgie,
Yes, I saw that; it seems to be genuine too. g.

The D50 I can see, but D70s? I can't seem to find any reference to it other than speculation, no hard evidence. I still don't understand why Nikon would take the product of the year that is still selling at an unbeleivable rate and change it after less than a year. Canon made the changes because it was being blown out of the water by Nikon.
When your on top, why change? A D70, 70-200VR, 18-70, 50 1.8, SB800

Because it needs to.
I'm confused why they didn't change the internals to match the megapixel value of the 350. It seems to me that that's still going to hook a lot of people and I'm not entirely sure what the extra "s" does that my plain old vanilla model doesn't. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

The manual seems real enough. Not too many differences, but a new battery, and a corded remote will possibly be useful for adding a handgrip. g.
