Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. It would be what I consider to be my best B&W shot since owning my D70....god it's hard to be serious after seeing Mic's post. Especially when its my dial on there! Anyway here it is: I know nutzinc
Wow!!! Nice work all! We should open a gallery!!!
hehehe... Aussie Dave! Thats THREE Pelicans!?!?!?! Not taken in time for the comp? Craig: An interesting one mate... Very arty... Perhaps a little to for my taste for a wedding.. I have a feel fior myself and for (more so) for people on this forum that there is a lot of talent begging for the taking... Now for my point: print these images! Put them in a frame with a nice matt border!!! Last edited by MHD on Fri Apr 01, 2005 12:19 am, edited 1 time in total.

Wow, lots of great shots here. And damn, that is some creamilicious bokeh Craig!
My fav for now reminds me of a great holiday
That is incredible, Alistair, just love it!
If people are doing the non D70 thing, then here's mine. It's film ("What is that?" I hear you cry...), and I can't change anything with it, but still love it!
An old one but a photo that has travelled far and wide across the world.

This one has stood the test of time for me. Taken with the (gulp) digi rebel. I wonder what it would look like in BW?
That is SUCH a cool idea for a photo!!!

I would suggest that "of the moment" means a favourite that was taken receently? Ie, a somewhat transient favourite? .. otherwise it'll be the same month in month out, until its beaten ... few and far between
So within the past 7 days, this is my own fave ... nowhere near my overall favourite (which gives me a stroke just thinking about tryting to decide on ONE master favourite!) my good mate and his girlfriend. past month ;
Taken last year in that (almost) most photographed of all places, Lake Tekapo, and it's no wonder why! Max

from my first roll of film playing with an extension tube a few months ago. Won me a highly commended in a local photo competition (verse omitted) apparently didnt win only because its physical print size was outside of permitted entry size. GRR!

By pic of the moment I dont mean latest pics... just a pic you like at the moment... (ie the one you can go past... you just keep staring at) New page
