He kept on taking pictures... and while the alternative place I had to go was less tempting (work... where I am now), neither was where I wanted to be.
The place I wanted to be was a slightly comfy rectangular prism with purple fabric arranged in a messy fashion sitting perpendicular to a hole in the wall with a glass coating looking over a world I'd rather not look at today. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

P i n k F l o y d once did a concert like that. Was in a basement in the late 60s with alfoil hanging from the roof and sectioned off areas with purple fabric. As you entered these separate areas you were offered a plate with the latest and greatest ingredients to help you relax and enjoy the scenery. http://www.markcrossphotography.com - A camera, glass, and some light.
I could do with some "ingredients" tonight.
Might change my mood a little. Or a lot. Who knows? Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

Well I think it is a great shot of an intrinsically complex humanoid of the Arthur Bent class

"Bent"? Does that make his buddy Ford "Defect"? (ah no, that's one of this country's automotive 'icons' isn't it... ) (Manta now ducks the fusillade of blue-oval shaped projectiles) Sorry Chris - it was my fairy spelling nazi that made me do it! Simon

Coincidentally, that's what I was thinking of when I wrote that little bit about wanting more to sleep. More coincidentally, I was also listening to The Tertiary Phase at the time of writing it which probably explains why it's more coincidental that I wad thinking of something akin to some strange humanoid that fits into the category of Arthur Bent or even McArthur Dent.
