Hi Chris,
Can you add some full-size crops of the photos to better illustrate the quality of the D2x??? Cheers, John

John - I will try and get something up tomorrow. The one thing I forgot to say about the D2x files. As most people will know they are around the 70Mb mark. You really do need the latest computer with lots of RAM to go with this camera.

Looks like you guys had loads of fun today. I wish we were there but instead we were moving out of our place and into my parents place for a year...all in the effort to save like crazy (so no serious lens lust for me for a while)...I am happy to report though I am now on a wireless lan it's it's working PERFECTLY, the only problem is that the software that tells me about the wireless connection is all in German...hahaha..all I know is that I have a green light and it's working
Geoff.
You guys would have had fun playing with all those toys.
I'd be very interested to see some crops of the full size images from the D2X, I've seen a few that have been absolutely amazing for detail... Hmmm, maybe better not look after all, body lust is the last thing I wanna feel Aka Andrew

Chris, the second and third looks to be lacking in colour IMHO. Like something's amiss or "off".
Mudder, to be honest full sized images from the D2X looks a little soft with the same sharpening settings in Capture as the D70. Takes a little after the competition's renouned creamy smooth-ness.
