Looking for a good book on the D70?Im half way through the Peter Inova's D70 ebook , and im so happy with it i thought ide remind any newbies of it . It really has some great background info and wonderfully insightful tips on how to setup your CSM's and get the best out your exposures.
He even replied to a couple of my questions in a very prompt and friendly manner! Thats worth the 70$ alone . But wait there's more ! 300+ photoshop cs actions to help make our PS learnig curve a little more gentle . Actually , I havent tried them yet, but if the rest of the book is anything to go by - then wooohoo! And a color chart and grey scale thrown in for good measure . My copy was purchased online in Adelaide. 2 days to get to my door . http://www.hipper.com.au/shopexd.asp?id=19 (no relation) Keep up the good work Pete! Its a great asset to us newbies. So many ideas. So little time.

I totally agree ... an excellent book, especially for us newbies.
I don't like reading e-books so I had to print out a copy
Yes I agree it is a very good detailed book.
I also agree about printing it out, I prefer to have the book in front of me so that I can read it more carefully. Geoff M

I've printed it out too. It's a big bugger though, about a ream of paper even printed double-sided (had to sneak into work early one morning and print it out on the colour laser) Great book, well worth the dough IMO.
Cheers Peter my karma just ran over your dogma
At the risk of being repetitive. This is one awesome book and the only eBook I've ever bought. I, too, printed it out so I could read it. Guess that says a lot about why eBooks haven't been a raging success - old stick in the muds like me still want something to fondle

I have printed out a couple of e-books too - can recommend Kinkos for cheap binding, and trimming (if needed).

I bought it too, but I'm struggling to read it in e-book format... Maybe I need to print it out too, but I've been resisting that because the PDF version has active images that allow you to see the image before and after PP... I might have to read it in two passes...
Cheers, John
