That guy looks to be older than Brosnan... I thought the replacements were brought in because the previous actor got too old and wrinkly to play a suave charming agent.

I think all the sauve British Young Actors (eg. Clive Owen, Jude Law etc) turned them down, or the franchises budget can't afford them. All the other Young Actors weren't suitable for the role.

Daniel Craig is a fine young actor very well known on Brit TV and has performed in movies such as The Road to Perdition and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.

Probably performed at his best in the 1997 British 2 part drama ”The Ice House”. He is 37, so just the right age to be 007

Yeah I know he's been in a few good Brit TV series. Now I remember who he is, he was Laras flame in Tomb Raider.

Geez the years haven't been kind to him though. I'm 31 this year and boy I look a lot younger
