Cutie from Uzbeckistan, Sigma 100-300 f/4Guzy is a delightful young lady from Uzbeckistan, that I met while I was in Washington, DC last year.

A very nice portrait with a golden glow and sweet smile. Crisp details with silky OOF background. Nicely taken.
Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.
Great portrait. The girls skin tone is beautiful. Everthing matches, the colour of her skin, her hair, her eyes, everything. Fantastic.
The pose is good too. I like the way she is staring intently and with focus at the camera as if she is enjoying having her photograph taken. Well done. Steve.

Steve and Steve have said it all, at the risk of being shallow and excessively brief, I can only add my agreement. Great shot.

Thanks for the great comments, guys. This was shot in direct sunlight, a couple of hours before sunset. The light was great and she seemed to enjoy the attention. This was one of my first outings with the d70 and the first day I'd used the 100-300, IIRC.

Well done Kerry - I agree with all the positive comments posted here already but I would have liked to have seen the top of her head in the shot.

Thanks for the compliments, Manta. I framed the shot like it is so as not to show the bald spot on her head. my gallery of so-so photos
