Nice Old ManCaught this old man enjoying what he was listening to at the Wedding I shot a while back, something about him that looks good I feel.
180 mm Nikon Lens / SB 800 / F 2.8 / 1/60th Sec. Mic.
The original is a tad dark. I would try and lighten a little his face, while keeping the background dark. But don't lighten the face too much as you may lose some of that awesome detail in his skin.
Though he's older, he really seems full of life and enjoyment. From this picture I feel like I sort of know who he is. Great capture.
I like the dim glow of the first photo. Something mysterious about the way his face is peering out of the darkness.
Maybe a subtle mask to enhance the dark tones and highlights of his face while maintaining the dark background?
