Wow flipfrog...

Are you sure that isn't Holland? Those tulips and windmills look very familiar...

Lovely shots...

Wow! They're lovely, beautifully rich colours. And those tulips look fantastic, I actually feel as though I'm lying down next to them. :)

Master, your Kung Fu is strong!

As somebody else said, the low level tulip shot is wonderful. Love also the texture of the bladed grass and the windmill.

Dee
I really enjoy your work and think you've found a distinctly personal style. You're images always scream off the screen with lovely saturated colours that mangage to be interesting without being extreme. My favourites from this bunch are the first shot & the windmill shot from the first post and the flower in the second post. Strange thing is you've managed to even make a white flower have that oversaturated feel. Like having a 100,000 watt light on the subject!

Superb.
Peter

I agree Glen there were some good ones this week. I thought I had a good shot with my nocturnal shack, then dee posted his nice ones, and I hadn't even seen Darb's shot on sand dunes, amongst others! A good competitive week, it's just too bad that I didn't win

Nice images Dee. I think the composition is excellent.
There is just a tad too much saturation in some of the reds IMHO - tends to make the tulips look plastic (just a personal view, I realise others may not agree) .
But, that doesn't prevent these pix from being fantastic to view. :D

Dee - your compositional skills matched with the superlative colour make for award winning pics - the youth of Australia also have another saying ”Fully Sick” meaning wow, great, sensational et al :D
