Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

This is my fist attempt at photoshop, so please be nice! After the D70 meet in the morning I dragged stormybloke and stormykids along to the place we had our Wedding photos taken, and took heaps of pics. I thought I'd attempt to photoshop this one first, and will try others maybe tomorrow.

Image

After sitting at the PC staring at this photo, I'm hoping that my eyes are not playing tricks on me, and everything looks OK on your monitors!!

I basically played around with as much as I could to see what it did, and hopefully it looks OK! (Yes Mic, I even inverted it!)

Surpurb :)

I love the colour, it all matches so well together :) The composition is great - a lovely calendar shot.

I also love the teddy - I think I may have one the same.

Nice colour match.
I think stormybloke had a late night and is buggered.
He is utterly exhausted, well does stormy kid have anything to do with it ?
Stormy kid looks v e r y relaxed.
What did they get up to ?
Great photo and I believe this arrangement of the two bears leave a lot
of experimentation.
Very cool.

Cheers

Oh yeah.. forgot to say; Stormy, can you please put some clothes on, and your hubby needs a haircut especially around the eyes. Apart from that the two of you look great in an excellent shot. Are your kids a cross between Teddy and Poo? Or do they tend to look more like one of them?

Cool pic stormy. I do think that the top 1/4 or so should be cropped. BTW, don't bring stormykid to my place ever I have a Bichon Frises that makes a regular habit of ripping little guys like that into shreds when no one is looking.

Thankyou everyone for your positive comments (and rude ones as well  !). So my first attempt worked. That's great to hear, I'll keep soldiering on with about 10 others from Sunday (featuring my kids!).

Dooda, This is already cropped a little, and I think I really wanted the bears in the middle without cropping too much of the leaves out. I actually re did the crop about 5 times until I was happy!

Mic and Marcus, you both crack me up  That's all I'll say on that matter...

Christiand, I literally threw the teddy on the step and my Husband chucked the smaller one on it's lap, as an after thought to the shoot, as both my kids were carrying them around. I could have arranged them in a more 'interesting' or "x-rated' way, but my kids may have wanted to emulate that with them when we got home

Sheepie, bigger teddy is from Pumpkin Patch (a Mum's favourite shop  )

Thankyou all again, I'll start work on some more...
