What you already know

Postby Greolt on Fri May 06, 2005 8:03 pm

I,m going to tell you what most of you already know.

Birddog is a legend!!

Several things I have bought from Birddog, small items they may be but they have all arrived in
my letter box before the funds have had a chance to go through the banking system.

They must have been sent off imediately I asked for them by email. Try getting service like that anywhere else.

Just wanted to publicly say Thanks Birddog - Thanh

I hope one day I can get to a mini meet and meet you in person.

Maybe I should start a "Bring Birddog To Britain" campaign, we could do we with someone with his knowledge and gear over here.

Though I'd imagine you'd like to hang on to him?

We didn't have a war for independence, but I'm sure you would have a war on your hands over this one.

You know, it's quite rare to find a forum where you find one member who is obviously so well liked and respected by there fellow members without question.

Although I've only been here such a short time and it's extremly unlikey I'll ever get to meet the fella or buy anything from him, I can see that he deminds as much respect from me as everyone else here shows him.

So if he ever finds himself down London way, there's a pint of "warm" ale and a plate of jellied eels & mash waiting for him. :D

Hmmm, In hindsight it's probably not the most tempting of bribes I could offer. :)
