Those asian type shops that sell all those knicknacks often have pictures/posters in frames. They are usually cheaper than buying an empty frame. But seriously...that picture demands a gold, embossed hand carved frame matted with 100% cotton-rag mattboard. It will be a heirloom. Regards

Woody,
I usually took them to the framing factory, about 5 min. drive from my base and they do it in two days, heap of colours, styles and design to choose, it deserves a good framing for preservation. Birddog114

I did speak with a framing shop but they wanted $80 to frame it... It is a good print but not that good!!!!! (I mean the photo is not that good, the print is exellent.... you know what I mean) Matt - I will check out some of those shops you mentioned. I am really only after a plain frame to hang on the wall. I have never been big on huge fancy frames (doesn't match the rest of the house) W00DY Andrew

As Matt said ...
Use a larger frame, acquired elsewhere, and just make up a matte to serve as a spacer ... Or buy some moulding at your local hardware shop and make one up yourself. Or as Birddog suggests, go to a custom framing store. What about someone like OfficeJerks? Myer might sell something too. g.

Seriously, I have just started doing this, and it ain't too hard. Will probably post an invite to a meet sometime to share with others how it's done, but not until the New Year at least now :/ *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
I'd be interested in peoples recommendations on good value framing shops and what you'd expect to pay for an A3 size print.
Sheepie, I'd also be keen to learn how you make them. I suppose you need a good mitre saw. Regards

Yip - and a good deal of patience, as it can be fiddly to get the frame squared up, etc. *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
