well still life with a slight twistwas gong to put this into the comp but i wanted to keep the b/w to maintain that look in the photo and the addition effects weren't in camera.
funny in darkroom class ppl see it and say "do you realise there are straches in your neg!" my usual response "really?" enjoy! Life's pretty straight without drifting

I like it redline, now, it's your job to tell how the hell you acheived such an image
Reminds me of and old Ad for stockings or shoes in the 1920's. Mic.
hehe thanks for your comments guys, I am working hard on a horror series. using the game "silent hill" for insparation for the type of look i wanted. for starters, my studio was actually back boot of my car. i had purchased a manniquin months earlier expecting for something like this to shoot. initally i wanted to capture the look Quentin Tarantino had did when he shot resevior dogs, kill bill 1+2 and pulp fiction, the "boot scene" where the actor opens the boot to see the camera placed into the boot looking outwards. anyway, the car was lit using the sun under diffused lights to help reduce the contrast of the scene which was pretty bad. camera was mounted on the side window with suction cups because there was no way a tripod could fit inside me car. once i got the look the liked i had picked up the same negs used to shoot the scene with, damage it using knifes, scapels, liquid paper, dust and draging it along the floor with my foot. the neg was scanned and blending into the digital shot. i hope that helps mic. Personally I love seeing the manipulated stuff as well as the straight camera shots. I'll take all of it as long as it's creative and done well, like this is.
Bravo, Redline! Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.
Wow that's very creative. Good stuff.
