Doing it in the DirtHi All few shots from today. Was ok for awhile as after the rain we had had it wasn't too dusty. All shot with the 70-200 Sigma.
Bit of a long shot this one but gives you an idea how high some of the young fella's get. Cheers John D3,D2x,D70,18-70 kit lens,Sigma 70-200mm F2.8EX HSM,Nikon AF-I 300m F2.8, TC20E 2X

Thanks Alex and John, yes they do get high. I am amazed at the level of some of these lil kids, an old mate of mine's son is like 5 and hell he goes like the wind no Fear. i had 1 lil tacker come off where i was and he couldn't lif the bike up so i went over to him and helped him and do you know what he said? Not worried about his fall he said "Thats a nice camera" got back on his bike and off he went.
Was a good day. Cheers John D3,D2x,D70,18-70 kit lens,Sigma 70-200mm F2.8EX HSM,Nikon AF-I 300m F2.8, TC20E 2X

Hi BBJ,
I will not post anymore photos of moving objects unless it is a racing snail. I admire your talent and skill of taking these great shots. Cheers CD
Thanks Cd, well mate at least you dont have to worry about focus too much with a snail.LOL But doesnt matter how good i get you always get some that are no good, but thats life. Oneday i will find something else to shoot as i do like doing other things but this is one way to help fund things a bit. The D70 sure does get a good work out thats for sure.

BBJ,
I always look forward to your shooting. Very well done, you must be . You have the Sigma 70-200 working as well as the Nikon 80-400VR. Cheers, fozzie
When people ask what equipment I use - I tell them my eyes.
Great shots. Amazingly crisp even with so much speed and movement.
These are as good if not better than others I have seen in bike magazines. Cheers Terry "Photography is not about cameras, gadgets and gismos. Photography is about photographers. A camera didn't make a great picture any more than a typewriter wrote a great novel." -Peter Adams, Sydney 1978
Thanks guys, i try to do good but times we change things and wlel dont know till we get home i had a few shots that was not in focus but you get that and yeh was a good day as there wasn't a lot of dust as we had some rain so yeh made it more enjoyable. All fun.
