Sensational picture. Everything about it is perfect. The expressions on the kids faces, except the kid getting hit, it's super sharp, the colour saturation is really appealing.

Great pic.

Excellent, quirky image. Expressions and colour are all combined to produce a "decisive moment".

Great photo. Sharp and real lifeish

I marvel at the child with his finger in his ear and eyes shut (doesn't want to hear the sound or see anything maybe) and the other child in traditional soccer penalty shot hands crossed protective pose looking very worried. The child getting hit looks anything but worried and seems to be laughing!
Would make great prints, something the kids and their parents would enjoy!
Well done
Cheers

Hehehe, that photo reminds of the comic Calvin and Hobbes, particularly the one where Calvin is showing Hobbes how to play soccer and ends up face-butting the ball.

How about sending in a full size shot of your atavar photo. It looks just as interesting.

Hi Barry
The cat image was one I found on the web - it was only a small image to start with and not the best quality - it just seemed to fit in to the username I wanted - a play on my initials!!

Great shot cc@t.

I would love to know what the kids behind him were thinking, I bet they were glad he stopped that ball with his head though. :D
