Greetings fellow D70'ers, I have finally made the decision and purchased a D70 and so now feel I can introduce myself. After much to'ing and fro'ing I went with the Nikon as apposed to the Canon and have to say am thoroughly pleased with the camera.

I have spent the past 2.5 yrs using an old Kodak DX3600 and have taken (IMHO) some great photos - but now from my limited exposure with the D70 all I can is WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

Be warned, my posts may be asking questions as apposed to answering posts.

Regards
Mike

Mike,

Welcome.

I doubt too many here will have a problem with you asking questions. Go for it.

And enjoy the new toy.

Mike,

Welcome to D70Users.com.

If nothing else for 2004, we have made one excellent decision and that is to buy a D70.

Cheers,
fozzie

Hello Mike

Welcome to the forum

Yep - ask away :D

I bought a D70 a couple of weeks ago and am asking heaps of questions and getting heaps of very intelligent and informed replies.
Cheers
