Too hard to post causes Wife Grief!?

Postby marcus on Sun Jun 05, 2005 11:31 pm

My wife said to me (half an hour ago) what are you doing. I replied with "just posting a shot on D70users". Which is true, that is exactly what I was doing. But Alas it gets harder.

I really wanted to post my shot for the next challenge but I could not easily find the spot to post it in?

Now this has caused me serious "wife grief" which is not a good thing.
Wife grief has many variants and being an experienced victim of this condition I do not wish to elaborate, but for the sake of my fellow male married members I had to post this.

Am I stupid? (As said wife suggests...silly question) If so where is the place on the site to post?
kind regards,
whimpy man under thumb  look out here she goes again.......god your lucky you can't hear this!

Marcus, where do you want to post to? The pressure of your wife bearing down on you has made your question unclear.

If it is an image for the site, post the image to http://www.pixspot.com, then link the image. There is an excellent description on how to do it by Stubbsy under Image Reviews, it is the first post.

If you wish to enter the challenge, search for "challenge 4" and MHD's instructions come up

Marcus,

This is actually quite a common problem. The only known and reliable cure is divorce. :)

Thanks guys........I actually could'nt find the place to post the entry for the challenge. And as my attack of wife grief got worse, it became more difficult to find. My condition has improved overnight, and I have found what I was looking for.
Greg.....your right!
Gary.....thanks for the tip!

Divorce can and usually does lead to a condition known as" losing half my stuff" and me renting a banger of a house in some dodgy suburb. Its a very dificult thing to avoid and recovery can take years

Divorce is, however, 100% preventable.

well, this makes me feel spoilt that my wife allows me to buy my own hosting and only gives me minor grief for spending hours taking care of a site, only gets to a stage of true wife grief when I forget to remind her I have a fetsih shoot lined up and she finds out on my forums after the fact.
