Red eye reduction + photoshopHi all,
Just wondering if anyone had a particular method or preferred method of red eye reduction, apart from the red eye tool in photoshop (which I haven't found particularly good). Maybe it's the way I'm using it, would be keen to hear other people's thoughts. Cheers, Geoff

I use the technique shown here. I've converted it into a Photoshop Action. You can have it if you want.

Here is a very quick method...enlarge the eye to about 200% and select the eye with the marquee tool. Then IMAGE ADJUSTMENTS/HUE SATURATION...and desaturate the red-eye.

Perhaps an even faster way it to use the sponge tool, which simply removes colour.
Then perhaps burn in the centre of the eye a little - with the burn tool - if necessary. HB
