Do you know of many who have back focus problems Birddog with the d-70?
Interesting link.. have read a bit about it before and i will have to try and find the ISO 12233 chart to take pic and see if there is a problem. Has anyone actually played around with the focus and align screws to see if it works ? Perhaps if we only have one or 2 lenses we use most of the time and we set it to suit those lenses it might help.. it looks and sounds easy Last has anyone sent there d-70 away for testing and if so how much do they charge if your 12 month worrenty is up Hame
Yes, I knew few cases and fixed by Maxwell under warranty. Out of warranty, the damages bill is around $100.00 Birddog114

A very useful link thanks... but I'm so paranoid about dust that I would never try it. I wonder if maxwell would keep the dust out if they did it? Perhaps they would clean the sensor at the same time

i heard somewhere that dust is 90 percent dead skin. I guess being "part of us" at one point in time makes it a very close friend
