D100 Users - Dead Pixel remover

Newer members often state that they think their question is too basic, or stupid, or whatever, to be posted. Nothing could be further further from the truth in any section at DSLRUsers.com, but especially here. Don't feel intimidated. The only stupid question is the one that remains unasked. We were all beginners at one stage, and even the most experienced amongst us will admit to learning new stuff on a daily basis. Ask away! Please also refer to the forum rules and the portal page

D100 Users - Dead Pixel remover

Postby ipv6ready on Fri Jun 24, 2005 2:06 pm

I have the program but have yet to use it.
Also have the AC Charger.
The thing is I am just bit scared of the warning it comes with "it can permanently damage the CCD" though the fact that it is supposed to the same program as used by Nikon eases my doubts

Also the other little sub programs are great, like repositioning the LCD or PAL display.

Ps Moderators feel free to move this to another section if it should not be here. I don't think I can post to other sections, so i posted it here, I am still resticted - maybe a D100 thing?
I'm back

PM Gary about the posting to other sections bit - it's done manually so that the people who can post there are approved. However, this means that not everyone gets noticed.
