Interested in Purchasing a AF-S NIKKOR ED 600 mm.....

Postby anubis on Sun Jun 26, 2005 10:13 pm

Theres one on Ebay.... bid is at about AUD 1600 at the moment with 21 Hours to go:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 00851&rd=1

Be careful though guys, the seller has not sold an item as yet.... seems to have bought plenty.

If you can get a COD, or a pickup you can mitigate the Risk....he does say ESCROW is available.

Don't jump in too quick, I spotted it earlier yesterday, and it seems to me he or she is a jerk.

Anubis, maybe the seller was unhappy with the bidding and removed it.

I would if it was going to sell for $1600AU :)

Quite possibly, however thinking in retrospect you'd think with such an awesome lens he would have started alot higher i.e. AUD 2000 if he was genuine...... ?

Anyway life goes on.......

Another interesting eBay issue I've come up with is I got something that was dodgy (tshirt), but if I left the guy bad feedback, he'd leave me bad feedback. My account can't afford the bad feedback, so I left no feedback.

I wonder how many people don't leave feedback as they can't risk bad feedback to those who post "good" feedback.
