One thing I didn't mention is that the flowers in the water were placed at the memorial this weekend for two important reasons:
1/ In memory of 30 Years since The Fall of South Vietnam to the Communist North - "30 Years after" 2/ 50th Anniversary of formation of The South Vietnamese Air Force on 1/7/55. Peter

I'm sure Melbourne also has one of our Aus-Viet Memorial, I haven't been down there but been told it's great statues and spirits.
