I CAN SEE!Finally I can focus with my Macro 105 in manual. Took this shot today f/8 and 1/60th - the reason I can now focus is an angle finder.

That is excellent news Chris. I am impressed with the output, and no doubt the Sigma is less expensive than a Nikon.

Hi Chris
Your photos on your website are impressive - thanks for sharing. Thinking of buying this lens myself in the next week when Im in Hong Kong. What exactly did you mean "now I can focus in manual"...were you having trouble? What did you mean an "angle finder"? Are these problems I will also face if I get this lens? Are you pleased with the lens? Vic
Hi Vicareyus I am having problems with my eyes so auto focus is fine but in macro you use manual focus and I was just not getting sharp enough shots. Nikon make angle finders and the new one is quite rare so I purchased the Canon finder C which fits the Nikon D70 and I must admit that I am no longer worried about posting my macro shots. Cheers Chris Chris
