Who have Maxwell's taken over?

I jost noticed that they're now distributing Mamiya and Cokin, amongst other brands. Who used to hold the distribution rights for these brands?

Gary,
I'm pretty sure they distribute Mamiya + Cokin's product for a while now, I bought lot of Cokin stuff for the Dept. Of Education in the last 6 months.
