We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. My first infrared imagesHere are my first infrared images that I just took today. Converted my coolpix990 to IR last night.
Very impressive Vince - if this is your first attempt, I'd love what you can see in a week or two...well done!

Thanks Geoff, captured these during my lunch break today I work at Sydney Uni. Still learning......will play with it more this weekend.

Landscapes are good subjects...but so are beautiful girls. Infrared does beautiful things to skintones and hair. Give it a try. In fact, any portraits will give interesting results. Regards

Well bugger me. Hello Sydney Uni friend! I'm in Biochemistry (now Molecular and Microbial Biosciences, just behind the 3rd photo), where are you? Sydney Uni meet? IR looks awesome Vince, great fun!

Can this conversion be done to just about any digital cam??
Do you have alink to instructions. Pics look good, something I would like to try and have 2.0M HP cam lying around here. Also spooky that 2 of you worked so close but were totaly unaware MATT
