I've just received the Complete Guide to the Nikon D2x from Thom Hogan.
It's great stuffs and well recommended.
Sydney owner of D2x can review his ebook at the mini meet this Saturday.

New from his ebook.

"A full explanation of the i-TTL flash modes, plus full instructions for using an SB-800 when used with a D2x.

* Recommendations on when and how to use (and when not to use) most D2x features.

More stuffs in the ebook.

Hi Birddog,

Birdy,

You should print a copy and hand that copy around to people lusting after D2X's. They'll either be lining up at your door after reading it, or else gladly sticking to their D70 :)
Smile; it makes people wonder what you have been up to.

What I did was download the D2X manual, reading it everyday in preparation for the event

Its your only printed copy (I believe you are allowed to print one?) and you are lending it to a mate to read. Whats the difference between that and lending a book that you brought at the book store to a mate?? :?
Unless there is something specific in the copyrights. If so, oh well, was a good idea! :)

Single copy and passing hand is alright but not duplicate or triplicate or mass production and giving each one to everyone as Bibble.
