10-20mm lenses for D70

Postby owen on Wed Jul 20, 2005 12:38 pm

Hey guys, just noticed the other wideangle lens thread but I want to specifically ask what 10-20mm lens options are or will be available (preferably just after tax return time) for the D70.

Cheers,
Owen.

I beleive only one is slated for release, the ever popular Sigma. Not out yet, though.

There's an answer for you by Xmas or after the New Year.
No ones has them yet! and it's still in the dream of many photogs (Cheap & super wide) from Sigma.
Let sit back & relax, put the Tax Refunds into the tin box and spend them when this baby is available.

But you know when this tax money comes it will be spent, it's just a matter of what it will be spent on :)

I just noticed this on centre.net.au but I can't confirm whether they are in stock.

Good price though, and it looks like it can take 77mm filters.

Now just to see some reviews...

Yes it's with 77mm filter.

Ah okay. I just read that someone thinks the 10-22mm lens for canon is pretty bad, so maybe this will be bad as well?

You believe correctly though... I am on the lookout for a wideangle lens.
