Michael James Brown ExibitionFYI...
http://www.michaeljamesbrown.com/ I was given a card by a guy here at work for an exibition this guy is holding from the 17th to the 29th at the Riverside Center. Photos look quite nice and such... It closes Friday so I might wander down at lunch. L. D70s, 18-70, SB800, Nikkormat FTn, CP4500, Sigma 70-300 APO DG, Sigma 135-400 APO, Lensbabies 2.0, Brian's Hot Tub, Lack of talent, etc.
Well worth it Luke.
Another D70 forum-ite, "Byron" (Tamara), is a friend of Michael's. She and I went to the official opening of this exhibition last Tuesday night. Michael's work is suberb. Simon

I'd recommend you get along, it's well worthwhile considering the exhibition is a freebie & one of the few photography hanging spaces in Brisbane CBD. It's a shrine to Michael's travels especially while living & working in London. Many local Oz shots too. Camera is a Fuji GX617, panoramic medium format camera which has amazing attention to detail. Caption accompanying photos provide insight into the photographer’s thoughts & camera settings. Let us know what you think. Tamara
