BBC Photographer of the Year 2005

Postby leek on Tue Jul 26, 2005 11:20 pm

Another new competition for us all to enter...

Various themes... various closing dates:
8 August - My family & friends
22 August - Fashion
5 September - Power
19 September - Work
3 October - Environment
17 October - Spaces
1 November - Final vote

Final winner gets the chance to shoot a photographic story of your choice which will then be displayed on the BBC News website. BBC will contribute up to £400 towards the cost of the project.

As usual with the BBC, not a lot of $$s, but probably a lot of kudos...

Just to give you an idea of what they look for: here are last year's winners
Cheers, John
