Few shots from todayHavent had much time to play with the new toys its been to windy for macros, looking forward to getting the flash & Cable Release soon, anyway i could not help myself so heres a few

I really like the second last one. what aperture had you set on the lens for that shot? I think perhaps if you made the DOF a little bit deeper you could have got the little leafy bit that's running away in focus and it would have made the shot look even better.
Looks like a great lens though.
I love macro shots mitedo and these ones are great...
The only one I would criticise would be the spider as it looks a little overexposed and the background is a little distracting. Otherwise - I can't wait to see what you can achieve with the flash and greater DOF... Cheers, John
