Looks like a terrific spot mate. That's gonna be a difficult lawn to mow though :) You'll need a rollbar on your ride-on :)

Wow, what a great view.

Should be great when it's finished.

JordanP,
Those are great! thanks for returning my request!
But there're still more hard works for you down the track to maintain it.
Keep 'em coming.

Great stuff JP.
I’ll have to come around &have a sticky beak mate.
That would be a great place for lightning shots to the North mate.
You should get some good storms hanging around the ranges there with heaps of lighting come out of them in the summer.

Cheers

My house looks very similar - but my view isn't as great as yours...
We very nearly have our roof back on after adding a first floor to the house...
Good luck with the rest of the building work...
Cheers, John

Good god, what a great looking place.
I have been trying to explain the merits of living in australia permanently to my "better" half and something like that might just be the nail in the coffin.
How much would a house and land like that cost here though? I understand if you would rather not tell, but what would I be looking at roughly?

I know that in London it would be the cost of a small country!!

Matt,

We should be able to have everything complete including all the landscaping etc for just under $500,000.

you could get the same for about $420ish without the view and on a flatter block.

It will be 5 bedroom with 3 bathrooms, big deck etc, etc.
