Earth from the Air - Yann Arthus-Bertrand

Postby kipper on Wed Aug 10, 2005 7:12 pm

For those who don't know, Earth from the Air is by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, who I believe is a famous French Photographer who has the lovely job/life of going around capturing his shots from the air. I remember reading an article in one of the digital photography magazines that I'd bought in the UK and then spotted some of his work in todays Herald Sun.

Starting from this Sunday the 14th of August, there is a magazine or lift out for the next I think 6-8 weeks covering some of his work. So if you're interested, pick up the Sunday Herald Sun and check out some of his work.

I have his book.
IT is magnificent and I would recommend getting it. I saw the exhibition in London a few years back too. Terrific work. HIs site is pretty cool too.
