Yep, it's very similar to the Archos AV series, but with a higher resolution screen.

Then there is the ImageTrax 40Gb from JAL digital reduced from $900 to $699. This will support video and MP3 on a 3.5" screen. You can download pics from your D70 but to view you would need to shoot NEF+JPEG. What I like about this unit is that the screen is protected by flipping it up or down into the body of the unit itself :D
